NYPD looking for person who shot Jets player Kris Boyd outside Midtown restaurant
Police on Monday released new photos and details about a man they suspect shot an NFL player in Midtown Manhattan early Sunday, asking the public to help look for him.

Officers responded to the shooting around 2 a.m. outside an Asian fusion restaurant on West 38th Street near Seventh Avenue, according to police. The Jets confirmed the victim was Boyd but declined further comment. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition and is now stable, officials said.
