Two men charged in connection with a deadly mass shooting reached plea agreements. William Willis was found guilty of assault and discharging a firearm. Javaris Hesseltine was found guilty of manslaughter. Both will be sentenced later this year. Prosecutors said in 2023 the two men and William Brown stole a car, drove to a party near 24th and Decatur streets and started firing.
