Teen shot near Abraham Lincoln High School in Philadelphia; 3 schools locked down

Three Philadelphia schools were locked down after a teen was shot down the street from Abraham Lincoln High School.

Police were called to the area of Sheffield and Rowland Avenue in Holmesburg around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday for reports of a shooting.

They found the victim with a gunshot wound to his hip.

He was taken to Saint Christopher's Hospital for Children where he is in stable condition.

There's no word on any suspects or arrests.
