A 17-year-old has been charged in a fatal double shooting in Philadelphia's Rhawnhurst section.
The shooting happened just before 4 p.m. on Saturday in the 1700 block of Teesdale Street.

When police arrived, they found 16-year-old Xzavier Gregory unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the chest.
He was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
An 18-year-old woman was also found at a nearby laundromat with a gunshot wound to her ankle.
She was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
On Monday, homicide detective, along with SWAT, arrested 17-year-old Sahhir Mouzon in the 1800 block of Corlies Street in connection with this incident.
Mouzon has been charged with murder, REAP (Recklessly Endangering Another Person), and VUFA (Violations of the Uniform Firearms Act).
Others who were at the Corlies Street location at the time of the arrest were also taken in to be questioned by police.
However, no charges have been filed against anyone else at this time.
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
