Suspect in custody after person shot in Los Angeles, police say

One person was injured by gunfire and a suspect was taken into custody in Los Angeles Tuesday morning.

The shooting happened shortly before 9 a.m. on the 400 block of E. 20th Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
