An arrest was made on Tuesday in connection with a homicide in Stockton earlier this month, according to police. Twenty-year-old Justice Booth was found on April 2 with a gunshot wound in the 3500 block of North Sutter Street, the Stockton Police Department said. Booth was taken to a hospital in the area, where he later died. After several days, the US Marshals Task Force located the suspect, 18-year-old Kamarion Smith, and arrested him. Smith has been booked into the San Joaquin County Jail and is facing homicide charges.
