
A man has died, and a woman was sent to the hospital after a shooting in Stockton over the weekend, officials said.The shooting happened around 1:20 a.m. Sunday at South Wilson Way and East Lafayette Street, the Stockton Police Department said. Officers who went to the scene found a 24-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman.Police said both were taken to the hospital, but the man died of his injuries. The woman is expected to survive.Details were not released on what led to the shooting, or if any other people were involved.
