Smash-and-grab suspect, Reseda store owner fire pepper spray at each other during flash mob robbery
A smash-and-grab suspect and the owner of a Reseda phone repair store fired pepper spray at each other during a flash mob robbery that was caught on surveillance video.
The incident happened back on Aug. 25 at LA Tech Repairs.
The owner says they have been targeted several times by young thieves who are often armed with hammers.
In the most recent attack, he was pepper-sprayed while the robbers took all the phones.
There are three locations across the San Fernando Valley and each of them have been robbed at least twice.
