Search for suspect underway after deadly stabbing, shooting outside 7-Eleven in Bordentown Township, Burlington County

One person was killed and another was injured after a stabbing and shooting outside a 7-Eleven store in Bordentown Township, Burlington County.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the parking on the 200 block of US 130, at Farnsworth Avenue.

Police initially responded to the scene for reports of gunshots.

When officers arrived, they found two victims.

One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene after being stabbed, according to officials.

The other, a gunshot victim, was taken to a nearby hospital.

Police said they are actively searching for the suspect.

There has been no word on a motive.
