Ryan Hardy: Suspect identified after 11-year-old girl shot in head at Antioch apartment complex
Police have released details on the suspect in the shooting of a little girl in Antioch.
Antioch police said they are looking for Ryan Hardy. They released an image of the suspect.
They say he is suspected in the shooting of an 11-year-old girl who was struck by a stray bullet as she rode in her family's car Monday.
Investigators identified Hardy through a combination of video surveillance, witness statements, and forensic evidence.
Police say Hardy should be considered armed and dangerous, and the public is advised not to confront him. Police are asking anyone who knows where he is to call 9-1-1.

The girl was sitting in the family car outside their home on Monday, when a stray bullet hit her in the head. APD say she was an innocent bystander.
Her family spoke with ABC7 News on Tuesday. The girl's dad described how difficult this is.
"She says, 'Dad, why can't I see?' It hurts me so much. Those are words I don't think any dad could handle," he said.
The girl is now in the ICU.
A GoFundMe has been set up to help the family.
The GoFundMe says the girl has lost 100% of her vision.
