Nearly six years after the deadly shooting, Matthews was found not guilty for murder and guilty for mob action.

He is due in court on December 18 for sentencing.
Jon Poole is also on trial this week for the deadly shooting. So far, no verdict has been released.
The third defendant Armond Williams pleaded guilty back in October 2022 and received a sentence of 20 years.
Bailey was working as a security guard while an event was taking place inside of Sound-Bar Nightclub when a fight broke out with a large group of people outside of the bar, police said.
According to police, the group was denied access to the bar and a fist fight between the group and staff ensued. That's when police said Williams allegedly pulled out a gun and started shooting.
