The man convicted of murdering a New Jersey councilwoman in 2023 will be sentenced on Monday.
In June, a jury found Rashid Ali Bynum guilty of shooting and killing Eunice Dwumfour two years ago in her car in Sayreville.
Prosecutors say the two knew each other from church where she served as pastor.
The 30-year-old councilwoman's death sparked a manhunt, leading to Bynum's arrest in Virginia four months later.
He could face life in prison.
