Police searching for suspect after man shot and killed in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan NYC
Police are searching for the suspect who shot and killed a man in Manhattan on Sunday morning.
The fatal shooting happened around 4:15 a.m. near West 46th Street and 12th Avenue in Hell's Kitchen.
Upon arrival, officers found a 39-year-man with gunshot wounds to his back and groin. Police say the suspect fled the scene following the incident.
First responders transported the victim to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The identity of the victim is being withheld pending proper family notification.
There are currently no arrests as authorities now try to determine what led up to the shooting.
