Police investigate shooting outside Frankford bar that left man hospitalized

Philadelphia Police are trying to figure out what led up to a shooting outside of a bar in Frankford.

The Action Cam was on the scene near the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Pratt Street just after 10 p.m. Saturday.

This area is also just steps from the Frankford Transit Center.

Investigators say they found one man shot in the back.

He was rushed to the hospital.

There's no word on his condition.
