PD: Man detained after threatening to shoot others in Sacramento

A man is in custody after Sacramento police say he threatened to shoot others Thursday afternoon. Just before 5 p.m. units with the Sacramento Police Department received a call about a man with a gun threatening to shoot people. Units responded to the scene, at an apartment building in the 2400 block of F Street, and took the suspect into custody. No one was injured, police say. A teenager was located in the residence with the suspect. Officers are investigating at the scene. See our live traffic map for updates.
