The man accused in the crash that led to Nebraska state trooper Kyle McAcy's death pleaded not guilty.Thomas Jordan, who is charged with misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide, appeared in Cass County court Tuesday.McAcy died on Feb. 17 in a crash involving a snowplow on Interstate 80 during a blizzard. He was hit and killed while helping someone involved in another crash at the time.
