One of the men accused in a deadly shooting will go to trial.The incident happened in June near 30th Street and Larimore Avenue.Mandrell Swiney Jr. was found suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.Kimesha Legon was also injured during the shooting.
