
An Omaha man accused of beating and threatening to kill two victims changed his plea, according to court documents.Kurt Oneal pleaded guilty to terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, assault by strangulation or suffocation, and first-degree assault. According to court documents, the state dismissed charges of assault by strangulation, terroristic threats, and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.Oneal was arrested by Omaha police in May.
