Police released new images of the suspect, who they say fired at officers after an attempted package theft in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood on Sunday evening.
The incident happened around 5:30 p.m. on the 400 block of East Rockland Street.
New surveillance video shows an Amazon package on a front step as a man jumps over a railing. The video then freezes as the door opens.

Investigators said the homeowner was monitoring the video and saw the man trying to steal the package. The homeowner confronted the suspect and fired one shot at the ground. The suspect ran while shooting back at the house, according to police.
Officers in the area heard gunfire and encountered the suspect running away.
Police said the man fired at them, and one officer returned fire several times. The suspect managed to escape.
Neighbors said recent thefts have left them uneasy.
"I think that's insane, and him being still at large is just not safe. I'm definitely worried," said Shalliyah Mowatt of Feltonville. "Some of my neighbors, they're carrying. They're trying to keep safe. But I don't know if carrying makes a difference anymore. You see what just happened."
Police recovered a handgun and a jacket at the scene and hope surveillance images will help identify the suspect.
A car was hit by gunfire during the incident.
The officer who fired their weapon is on administrative duty, which is standard procedure.
