Millard North mourns 17-year-old student killed in shooting on Halloween
Millard North High School confirmed that a 17-year-old killed in a shooting on Halloween was a senior at the school.The school confirmed the news of Sevyn Bellar-White's death in a letter to families on Monday. He was excited to pursue a construction management degree after high school.
