Man shot at Stockton mall parking lot, police say
A person was taken to a hospital Wednesday after a shooting at a mall parking lot, the Stockton Police Department said.Officers went to the 5200 block of Pacific Avenue at the Sherwood Mall for a report of a person shot, police said. There, they found a man with a gunshot wound to the leg.Police said first responders took him to a nearby hospital and is expected to survive. Officers are currently interviewing witnesses and reviewing surveillance footage to try to track down the shooter.This is a developing story.
