Man shot and killed at Santa Clarita Halloween party
An investigation is underway after a man was shot and killed at a reported Halloween party in Santa Clarita.
The shooting was reported just before 11:30 p.m. Friday in the 25000 block of De Wolfe Road.
Details are limited, but the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said the victim, who was identified only as an adult male, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Video obtained by Eyewitness News shows rescue teams rushing to help the victim as people were leaving what appeared to be a house party.
It's unclear what prompted the shooting and information on a suspect or suspects was not immediately available.
