Man pleads guilty to recording 15-year-old girl in the shower at Jersey Shore property
A Montgomery County man has pleaded guilty to Manufacturing Child Sexual Abuse Material and Invasion of Privacy.
Prosecutors say 44-year-old David Lyons, of Glenside, Pa., recorded a 15-year-old girl as she was taking a shower at the rental property where he was living in Beach Haven, New Jersey.
The incident occurred in July 2023.
He's also accused of doing the same to another juvenile and an adult at a different property.
Prosecutors will be seeking a nine-year sentence for Lyons.
The sentencing is set for November 14.
