Man killed, woman hurt in shooting outside Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn housing complex
Two people were shot, one fatally, outside of a housing complex in Brooklyn.
The shootout erupted in front of the Armstrong Housing Complex on Lexington Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant just after 11:50 p.m. Thursday.
A 28-year-old man was shot in the head and a 23-year-old woman was grazed in the neck.
The man later died at Kings County Hospital. The woman is listed in stable condition.
Police are looking for two masked men who ran from the scene southbound on Lexington Avenue. One of the men was wearing a blue sweater.
At least 15 .9 mm shell casings were recovered at the complex.
