Man killed after argument escalates into shooting in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion section
An 18-year-old man is dead after a shooting in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion section.
It happened around 12:20 a.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of N 31st and W Norris streets.
Neighbors told police they heard an argument before gunshots.
Police say they found 10 shell casings near the scene, adding that the victim was shot once in the torso.
Investigators are looking for three juveniles who took off in a white or light-colored SUV.
They are also checking surveillance in the area.
