Man found shot at Mill Dam Park in Mount Holly Twp., New Jersey

A man was rushed to the hospital after a shooting in a park on Monday evening in Mount Holly, New Jersey.

Officers were called to the Mill Dam Park on Wollner Drive around 5:48 p.m.

That's where they found the male victim shot in the back.

He was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition.

The age of the victim is not yet known.

Mill Dam Park will be closed until further notice for the police investigation.

Residents are being asked to avoid the area.
