WHEATON, IL — A Wheaton man is accused of hurting a police officer who responded to a domestic call on Gary Court in Wheaton.

Grant L. Witte was charged with aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting/obstructing arrest and domestic battery in connection with Sunday's incident.

A 2012 Glen Ellyn police blotter showed Witte was charged with resisting/obstructing a police officer, criminal damage to property and cannabis possession.
