The CHP arrested a man accused of two freeway shootings in the East Bay that happened in a matter of hours.
They happened Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
A driver was hurt in the first shooting on Highway 4 near Willow Pass Road in Concord.
Then about four hours later, another shooting on Highway 24 near 13 in Oakland.

No one was hurt but a driver said bullets hit their car.
From there, the CHP says the shooter went into Solano County.
Officers chased him and arrested him.
During the chase, they say he threw a gun and two magazines out of his car.
