Three people violently robbed a Logan Square convenience store early Monday morning, Chicago police said.
The two male and one female suspect entered the store in the 2900-block of West Armitage Avenue just after 5:15 a.m., and implied they had a gun, police said.
One of the suspects hit a 52-year-old male store employee in the face before stealing merchandise and cash from the register, police said.
The three then ran away in an unknown direction.
