FRENCH VALLEY, CA — Firefighters are battling a wildfire in the French Valley area that ignited Friday afternoon, officials said.
As of 1:53 p.m., the blaze had charred two to three acres and was moving at a moderate rate of spread, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department spokesperson Jasmine Wood told Patch.
Firefighters were deployed at 1:29 p.m. to the 34,000 block of Grigg Road.
At the time of this report, no structures were being threatened.
