
The girlfriend of a man suspected of killing one person and injuring three others in a shooting Sunday morning at an Elk Grove Korean restaurant and bar has been arrested. Thao Tran, 25, was arrested on Tuesday and is accused of being an accessory to a crime, Elk Grove police said. She is ineligible for bail.(Previous coverage in the video above.)Investigators are still searching for Tran's boyfriend, 43-year-old Roderick Randall, of Sacramento, police said. Officers with the Elk Grove Police Department were dispatched around 1:30 a.m. to the Z Town - Asian Gastro Bar on Calvine Road just east of Elk Grove Florin Road. Upon arrival, officers found three people with gunshot wounds. A man died from his injuries at the scene, while the others were taken to the hospital. Officers learned a fourth person injured in the shooting had driven themselves to a hospital, the police department said.Two of those who were wounded are expected to survive. One remains in critical condition, police said on Wednesday. Elk Grove police said detectives determined that the shooting inside the bar stemmed from an argument between Randall and one of the victims.Police described Randall as armed and dangerous. He is also a registered sex offender, KCRA 3 Investigates confirmed. Amanda Tang, the longtime owner of Golden Donuts located next door, said the shooting came as a surprise. "I'm very pleased in this place. We never have any problems," Tang said."My employee called me early this morning that she cannot get into the parking lot.
