Fight leads to man shot in Central Fresno, police say
A man has been shot and taken to the hospital after a fight broke out Sunday afternoon in Central Fresno.
Fresno Police say that officers were called to the area of Angus Street and Yale Avenue, where they found a man lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
The victim was taken to the hospital. The condition of his injuries is unknown.
According to police, the victim was shot during the fight. Detectives are investigating exactly what led to the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
Streets in the area will remain closed as the investigation continues.
