Family seeks justice after hip-hop artist gunned down in Overbrook

Police are seeking the public's help in the search for the person who shot and killed a hip-hop artist in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia.

Quenzell Bradley-Brown was a hip hop artist who went by the name "IQ", which stands for Infinite Quality.

His mother says that he loved to rap and was beginning to go on musical tours when he was tragically killed.

"He left out of his house at 8 p.m. that night to go get groceries for his family, says Taneesha Brodie.

The 28-year-old husband and father of four ran to the store on Thursday, September 8th, 2022 when he was shot numerous times near the intersection of 63rd Street and Lebanon Avenue.

He was simply running an errand for his wife when it happened.

"His children miss him immensely they are now here without a father," says Brodie.

There is a $20,000 reward being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the person responsible.

His family is pleading for anyone who witnessed the shooting to come forward.

"I am begging you to step up and do the right thing. This could happen to anyone and you would want justice for your family. I owe that to him as his mother," says Brodie.
