
Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine said no charges will be filed in a shooting that killed one person and injured four others last weekend.Omaha police said they were called to the area of North 24th and Binney streets at 3 a.m. Sunday when ShotSpotter detected 14 rounds. Officers on the scene at an after-hours club minutes later found two victims with gunshots, rendered aid, and noticed a large crowd starting to form.
