Council Bluffs police arrest second man in connection to shooting at a bar
Council Bluffs police arrested two people in a weekend bar shooting.Previous coverage in the video aboveOfficers said Cole Thurlow, 32, of Council Bluffs and Ty'Jon Lamonn Edwards, 22, of Missouri Valley, Iowa, fired several shots at the O'Face Bar and an occupied vehicle on Sunday.
