Clemency hearing approaching for Jonathan Tolliver, convicted in Chicago shooting death of Police Officer Michael Ceriale

A man who shot and killed a Chicago police officer is up for a clemency hearing soon.

But the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is asking to keep him behind bars.

Jonathan Tolliver was sentenced to 60 years in prison for killing Chicago Police Officer Michael Ceriale in 1998.

Tolliver's clemency hearing is set for Jan 6.
