Chicago shooting: Man shot, killed in Douglas Park in the 1200-block of S. Farrar Drive, police say
A man was shot to death on the city's West Side on Sunday, according to Chicago police.
The shooting happened at about 12:33 a.m. in the 1200-block of S. Farrar Drive, police said.
A man, 33, was standing next to a car when he heard gunshots. Police said he was shot five times.
He was rushed to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition, where he later died.
Chicago police said nobody was in custody.
CPD Area Four Detectives are investigating.
