The attorney representing a woman who was shot during "Operation Midway Blitz" in Chicago wants more evidence released to the public.
According to the attorney, Marimar Martinez says the incident is harming her reputation because all of the evidence is not public.
A Border Patrol agent shot Martinez back in October, after she was allegedly involved in a crash with an agent.

A judge has denied a request to release body camera footage and other evidence.
The Department of Justice dropped charges against Martinez , a day care worker, in November.
"It's been hard. Honestly, it's been hard, like I can't sleep, but now I'm going to go to sleep," Martinez said at the time. "I just want to thank the judges, all the parents that supported me, everybody that supported me. I'm just grateful for everything."
