Chicago shooting: 2 shot on West Side, police say

Two people were wounded in a shooting in the West Garfield Park neighborhood Sunday night, Chicago police said.

The shooting took place at about 10:22 p.m. in the 300-block of South Pulaski Road.

Police said two men, both 28 years old, were in a vehicle when a dark-colored sedan drove past and a suspect fired shots at them.

Both victims were wounded multiple times and transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital, with one man listed in critical condition and the other in fair condition, police said.

No one is in custody and Area Four detectives are investigating.
