Chicago shooting: 14-year-old boy shot Sunday in 100-block of W. 95th Street, police say

A teenager was shot on Sunday on Chicago's South Side, according to Chicago police.

The shooting happened at about 3:50 a.m. in the 100-block of W. 95th Street, police said.

Chicago police said a 14-year-old boy was walking eastbound outside when he "felt numbness" in his foot.

The 14-year-old had ben shot in the foot, police said.

He was taken to Little Company of Mary Medical Center. He is expected to be OK.

Chicago police said they were investigating where the shots came from.

Nobody is in custody.
