A transgender employee is suing the Chicago Cubs.

The lawsuit says the employee has been the victim of sex and gender-based discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

The alleged harassment included being called derogatory names, being misgendered and quote "targeted with hostility," the lawsuit says.

According to the lawsuit, the team didn't take action to address her concerns.

A spokesperson for the Cubs says the team doesn't comment on pending litigation.
