JOLIET, IL — It does not happen often, but Joliet police made an arrest over the weekend in the Kendall County portion of the city. Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English announced that 48-year-old resident James Zelinski was booked into the jail in Yorkville on domestic battery charges.

The Greywall Subdivision is located off Caton Farm Road, west of Ridge Road.

According to the arrest reports, on November 7 at 7:57 p.m., Jolie's officers responded to a residence in the 8000 block of Greywall Boulevard for a domestic disturbance. English said that Zelinski had shoved a 17-year-old boy during an argument in the home.

Zelinski was placed into custody without incident. He was processed at the Joliet Police Department and then transferred to the Kendall County Jail. Jail records indicate that Zelinski was freed from the jail in Yorkville, after the judge imposed various pretrial conditions for him to obey.
