5 arrested for weapon, gang charges in Stockton hours after deadly mass shooting

Five people were arrested, including a juvenile, hours after a deadly mass shooting at a child's birthday party in Stockton on Saturday night, according to the police department. Officials said the five were arrested just after 10:20 p.m. in the 2800 block of Pixie Drive. The arrests came after a report of several armed subjects in the area. Stockton police said Issac Grosvenor, 27, Destiny Willis, 32, Kevin Le, 22, Jovon Frank, 19, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested for conspiracy, weapons, and gang-related charges. It's not clear if the arrests were connected with the mass shooting, which took place just before 6 p.m., around seven miles from where the arrests were made. Four people, including three children, were killed and 10 others were injured in the shooting. Officials said the suspect or suspects responsible for that incident remain at large.
