A 34-year-old man was arrested after two people were critically injured in a drive-by shooting in north Omaha, police said.Police said the men were mowing outside a home Wednesday morning near North 27th and Burdette streets when the occupants of a gray SUV shot them.First responders took the two men to the hospital with critical but not life-threatening injuries, authorities said.Previous coverage: 2 critically injured after drive-by shooting in OmahaInvestigators said officers located the suspect vehicle near 108th and Maple streets Wednesday. Anthony Washington and a passenger were taken into custody after a traffic stop.Washington faces two counts of first-degree assault, use of a firearm to commit a felony, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and discharge of a firearm near a vehicle/building.
