A 22-year-old woman was arrested after a cutting seriously injured a man in Omaha on Monday morning, police said.Officers responded to the scene at an apartment near N. 38th Street and Grand Avenue around 5:52 a.m. and found a 64-year-old man with injuries, according to authorities.Omaha police said he was taken to the University of Nebraska Medical Center in serious condition.Officers located the suspect, identified as Genise Olivero, at the scene and took her into custody, law enforcement said.She faces charges of obstruction, second-degree assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony.NAVIGATE: Home | Weather | Local News | National | Sports | Newscasts on demand |
