2 suspects arrested in shooting deaths of Santa Rosa woman and her dog: police
Police say they have arrested two suspects in the shooting deaths of a Santa Rosa woman and her dog.
Officers found them shot inside a home on Cecilia Drive last week.
Police say the back gate was open and a sliding glass door was shattered.
