19-year-old charged in Cinco de Mayo festival shooting reaches plea agreement
A 19-year-old charged in a shooting at a Cinco de Mayo festival in Omaha last year changed his plea.Luis Contreras-Gallardo pleaded no contest to unlawful possession of a firearm by a prohibited juvenile and discharging a firearm at an occupied building.
