19-year-old arrested after deadly Sacramento shooting in Upper Land Park, police say

A 19-year-old man has been arrested on homicide-related charges in connection with the deadly shooting of a man in Sacramento's Upper Land Park area last month, according to police. The Sacramento Police Department said officers responded to reports of a shooting at Kit Carson and Revere streets around 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 3.(Previous coverage in the video above.)When officers arrived, they found the victim inside a white car at the Alder Grove Apartments with at least one gunshot wound. He died at the scene. Police on Tuesday identified the suspect in the shooting as Chezvon Paige, of Sacramento. Back in July, an 8-year-old girl was shot at the same public housing complex run by the Sacramento Housing and Development Agency.
