11-year-old shot and killed while playing with brother's gun in Newburgh, source says
An investigation is underway after a source says an 11-year-old apparently shot and killed himself while playing with his brother's gun on Thursday morning.
It happened at a home on North Miller Street.
Sources say the child was playing with the gun when it went off.
