1 killed, another wounded in South Philadelphia double shooting

Police are investigating a deadly double shooting in South Philadelphia.

More than 30 shots were fired, killing a 37-year-old man and wounding a 23-year-old man.

The shooting happened around 11:45 p.m. on Tuesday in the 600 block of Mountain Street.

Bullets also shattered windows on unoccupied parked cars.

Police recovered a semiautomatic handgun.

Detectives knocked on doors, trying to obtain surveillance video that might shed light on who fired the shots and why.
